Privacy Policy

The short version: EstateVis stores the account and profile information needed to run the Service, lets you publish content publicly at your direction, and shares data only with the service providers that operate the product. We do not sell your personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes how EstateVis ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our Service at estatevis.com.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Email address (when you start a free trial or purchase a subscription)
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card details
Your agent profile: name, brokerage, real estate license number and license state, phone number, headshot/image URL, and links to your public professional profiles
Inputs you enter to generate content (property details, market data, neighborhood information, etc.)
Content you choose to publish, and the outcomes you log in the Results Tracker
For brokerage/team administrators: the roster information you upload about your agents (names, emails, license details)
Communications you send us

Information collected automatically:

Website and conversion analytics (page views, referral sources, sign-up and checkout events) via Google Analytics and Google Ads
IP address and browser type, used for security and rate-limiting
Usage data (such as the number of generations and published pages) and AI-visibility results we measure for your markets

2. How We Use Your Information

Generate, publish, and host content you create
Measure and report your visibility in AI search engines, and recommend actions
Process your subscription, send receipts, access codes, and product notices
Operate brokerage/team accounts, seats, and reporting
Provide support, secure the Service, and prevent abuse
Measure marketing performance (e.g., conversions) and improve the Service
Comply with legal obligations

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

We store your account and profile information on our serverless infrastructure and key-value storage provided by Netlify. This includes your email, access code, agent profile fields, published content, usage counters, AI-visibility history, verification records, and (for brokerages) team rosters. Some preferences are also cached in your browser's local storage for convenience.

Content-generation inputs are sent to our server, which forwards them to our AI providers to produce a response. We do not permanently retain unpublished generation inputs or drafts; however, content you choose to publish is stored and displayed publicly (see Section 5).

4. How We Share Data

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate the Service, and as required by law:

Stripe — payment processing. Privacy Policy.
Anthropic — AI content generation. Privacy Policy.
Perplexity and/or OpenAI — AI-visibility measurement; we send queries containing your name and market(s) to these web-grounded engines to check whether you are recommended.
Resend — to email your access code and account notices.
Netlify — hosting, serverless functions, and data storage. Privacy Policy.
Google — analytics and advertising/conversion measurement.
Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Public Publishing

When you click "Publish," EstateVis creates a public web page at estatevis.com that includes your published content together with identifying information you provided — your name, brokerage, license number, license state, phone (if provided), and headshot — and may include this information in machine-readable feeds intended to be read by AI assistants and search engines. You direct this publication, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the content and for including any disclosures your jurisdiction requires. You can remove a published page at any time using "Unpublish," or by emailing us.

6. Verification

Our "Profile Complete" status reflects a completeness/consistency check of the information you provide. Unless a license-verification check is specifically enabled, it does not confirm your license with a state authority. A "License Verified" status, where shown, indicates a check against a license database.

7. Brokerage / Team Data

If you onboard agents as a brokerage or team administrator, you represent that you are authorized to provide their information and that they have agreed to have it processed by EstateVis. Administrators can see aggregate visibility and account information for the agents on their team.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the Service to function, plus Google Analytics and Google Ads for aggregate usage and conversion measurement. We do not sell data to advertisers.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account information while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@estatevis.com; published pages are removed when you unpublish them or on request.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS and access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not enter your clients' sensitive personal information (such as Social Security or financial-account numbers) into the app.

11. Children's Privacy

EstateVis is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting hello@estatevis.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post changes here with a new "Last updated" date.
